Qualifications JPMorgan FMP Operations has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our New York City based team. JPMorgan offers clients the right combination of experience and service quality by bringing together business expertise, proven processes and technology and the global resources needed to manage complex relationships. FMP Operations supports many of the businesses within the World Wide Securities Services division including Securities Lending, Broker Dealer Clearing, Commercial Paper Issuing and Paying Agent and Depository Receipts. The Operations teams are located in New York, NY; Newark, DE; Chicago, IL and Dallas, TX. The Program Manager will supervise and coordinate the team's major change initiatives including execution of the team's location strategy. That strategy calls for the migration of business functions among the US sites and to JPM staff and locations in India. The manager will develop and implement a program management approach and tool set to support not only the location strategy but any large scale initiatives. The successful candidate will be a demonstrated leader with a proactive, hands-on management approach and strong systems skills.Key Responsibilities: Build and lead execution of project plans to meet strategic business goals Develop and implement tool set to manage large projects within FMP Ops Develop specific tools to manage the location strategy initiatives Manage high performing project team, with direct and matrix resources Ensure clear and specific interactions with receptor sites Manage projects in conjunction with the senior line managers Ensure compliance with JPM project requirements Identify and escalate issues or concerns that might impact project success Provide program updates to Senior JPM Operations and Business Executives
