The candidate would be responsible primarily for the preparation, negotiation and maintenance of documentation relating to futures agreements, swaps and other derivatives transactions, repurchase agreements, prime brokerage clearing services agreements and foreign exchange agreements.

The Paralegal/Transactional Documentation Negotiator will work within the U.S. Legal Group at Barclays Global Investors (in San Francisco). This position will report to the Team Leader of Fixed Income & Alternative Investments within the U.S. Legal Group.
•The candidate should have experience as a contract negotiator, documentation specialist and/or paralegal. Experience in negotiating over-the-counter derivatives master documentation is highly desired.
•BA/BS required.
•Personality fit is absolutely essential. The candidate must be able to work well on a personal basis with a broad and diverse spectrum of personalities. Must be team-oriented and a self-starter.
